What started as a cover project playing songs from the 1950s through the 1990s, Mock River Ravens evolved into focused songwriting and story-telling.

Our sound plays along the edges of Americana, blending blues and alternative country, into a stripped-back experience. Influenced by artists like Bob Dylan, Marty Robbins, Bruce Springsteen, and Johnny Cash, our songs focus on honest writing, lived-in melodies, and the corners of everyday life.

Of course, we still like playing covers of songs at our shows, and are always up for requests. If we don't know it, we'll learn it on the fly!
